Congratulations to Adam
Congratulations to Adam
Adam C enrolled to undertake Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) at our Clarence Gardens site early June 2025.
He was a student that all training organisations dream of. He was always early, cheerful, completed his online activities on time along with his assessments.
On completion of his classroom learning, Adam wanted to announce an end to his course in a bold way by ringing our reception bell for all to hear. We told him it was his to ring once he completed his work placement and handed in his work placement logbook.
Adam completed his work placement, successfully gained his certificate this month and got to ring the bell (see photo below).
In Adam’s words
“My time at HITsa has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional journey. Every trainer I worked with brought their own unique strengths, experience, and warmth into the classroom, creating an environment that truly reflected the heart of aged care. What stood out most to me was how willing each trainer was to share real stories from the field, answer every question with patience, and help us understand not just what we do, but why we do it.
Jasleen, in particular, made a lasting impression. Her ability to blend her own experiences with listening to our experiences and feedback created a mutual learning environment that kept every class meaningful and engaging.
Once I began my placement, I quickly realised how much of what I’d learned in class directly applied to real world care. The knowledge, skills, and confidence I gained through HITsa have helped prepare me for a meaningful career in aged care; one where compassion and professionalism go hand in hand.“
Congratulations Adam and we wish you all the best for your future.
