This week mark’s the end of Semester Two for Cookery and the close of the kitchen for 2023.

What a way to finish – a desserts block show-casing parfait, sorbet, crepes, apple pie and fruit flans, to name a few…

You can’t help but be impressed by the amazing desserts shown in the photos below. Each one created by one of the apprentices currently studying under Chef David.

Chef David will be kicking off his fitness class to shed the extra kilos due to the hardship of sampling the amazing creations from the apprentices during this block of study.
