just a few words that describe HITsa’s new cookery trainer David.
David has over 25 years of experience within the industry which has taken him from being Head Chef in a busy suburban Hotel to managing multiple kitchens as an Area Chef for a large hotel group.
The writing was on the wall when David decided to complete his Certificate IV in Training and Assessment seeing his future as one where he can nurture and support those looking to enter the industry as a kitchen hand or apprentice.
David is about 3 weeks into the role and relishing working no split shifts, nights or weekends and doing what he loves – training the future stars of the industry.
