Dot’s Placement Update

Just a few weeks ago, Dot was eagerly counting down the days until placement began. Now, she’s fully immersed in Early Childhood Education and thriving in the experience!

When asked what she enjoys most about placement, Dot shared:

“Something I really like and am enjoying about placement is building relationships with the children and watching them reach their developmental milestones as they grow and develop.”

It hasn’t all been what she expected though—Dot admits there’s a lot more paperwork than she first thought! But with the support of the educators at her centre, she’s found a wealth of knowledge and guidance to help her grow in confidence and skills.

From the classroom to the playground, Dot is embracing every opportunity to put her learning into practice. We can’t wait to see how her journey continues as she shapes her future as an Early Childhood Educator.
