First Aid Courses – KW

We hold First Aid courses approximately once a month and you have to get in quick to secure a spot, as classes tend to fill up at least a month prior.

Our March class is full but we still have spots available in our May and June courses.

The classes are made up of Individual Support students, Hospitality and Retail trainees and people just wanting to learn CPR and First Aid.

Students get to learn CPR on Baby Anne and the adult mannequins, I like to call Charlie.

If you aren’t part of the class it is quite interesting to listen to as students are required to do 2 minutes of CPR. The trainer will call out ‘Go, go, go’ consistently throughout the 2 minutes and it sounds like a rowing competition where they are yelling out ‘Stroke, stroke’.
