HITsa just wrapped up this month’s Cookery Skill Set at the Edwardstown Club.

In 3 short weeks, students are given the opportunity to attain 5 accredited units, which form part of a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery [SIT30821].

“The Basic Skills for the Food Industry training course is packed in to twelve challenging but enjoyable days!

I learnt so much and the training was a great introduction to work in a commercial kitchen. The training covers a lot of practical and theory skills in a short time and the trainer, Aman, was an expert in providing friendly guidance with meeting the learning outcomes.

I would recommend this course for anyone who needs an introduction to cooking and also those seeking to become comfortable working in a commercial kitchen environment.
