Introducing Our New Student Data Specialist

We are excited to share that Karen Williams, one of our dedicated RTO Coordinators, has officially stepped into the newly created role of Student Data Specialist.

With over 25 years of experience in the RTO sector, Karen brings with her a deep understanding of training delivery, compliance requirements, and student support. Her transition into this new position reflects both her strong skill set and her ongoing commitment to process improvement and data quality.

In her new role, Karen will focus on managing and maintaining accurate student records, through Job Ready. She will also continue to support our internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

We are proud to see her growth within the organisation and look forward to the positive impact she will make in this new capacity.
