Workforce Australia Local Jobs is funded by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations

This Government initiative offers participants a great interactive experience. Students receive skills training for entry level roles in hospitality or retail, with the opportunity to meet with local employers who are looking for staff.

Below, a few of our students acquired skills to Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee using industry standard commercial espresso machines and grinders.

We teach and demonstrate the art of coffee making, followed by the students, who then can make the various espresso coffees found in Café and Restaurants today. The course also includes how to clean and maintain coffee equipment and food safety.
