Meet the Student – Brydie

May 2025 saw HITsa training clients of Multiple Solutions in the course Get Ready for Cleaning Skill Set. Students attended the Salisbury site for seven days of training where they were taught about cleaning rooms, furniture and fittings, infection prevention and control and also how to provide effective client services. One of the students, Brydie shared her thoughts on her study experience:

• Tell me a bit about yourself and what course you studied?

Hi, My names Brydie, I’m 27 and I’ve always been passionate about helping others and creating calm, safe environments so I thought the cleaning and infection control course would be a good staple to have on my resume!

• What do you enjoy most about the course?

I enjoyed having friendly patient trainers who were always more than willing to stop and take time when someone was struggling, as well as other class members that were always down to help each other as well.

• What was the best thing about studying at HITsa?

The trainers and staff, as well as the calm and stress-free environment they’ve created for us to learn in.

• What are you going to be doing now that you have finished the course?

Hopefully I’ll be attending HITsa in the near future to do more classes in other areas!
