What is the most interesting thing you’ve learned recently?
I’m studying Neuroscience of Leadership with the goal of studying a Masters of Neuroscience and Education
Tell us more about you
I bring to HITsa my experience in various roles within the Private Sector. Then transitioned to Human Resource Management and Organisational Development.
My most important role is to be the Mum of 3 beautiful boys. My boys are my life, I am so proud of them and cherish being their mum.
What do you enjoy most about training?
I love meeting colleagues and students and sharing our stories and experiences.
How do you keep your industry training relevant to student experience?
I work as a Support Worker on a casual basis. I also attend webinars and receive regular updated from various organisations eg: NDS, QSC, MHFA Australia
A recent proud moment?
Being asked if I would like to learn how to be a Life coach with a focus on supporting others to develop skills in resilience.
What skills do you value in your everyday life?
The skill of developing and maintaining a headset of continuous improvement. Also the importance of developing strategies of resilience that will assist you to manage the challenges of everyday.
