Milky Lane & SYC team up with HITsa

This November, Milky Lane opens their first South Australian store in the heart of the Adelaide CBD on Rundle Street. The Milky Lane franchise is big interstate with a strong presence in NSW and QLD.

HITsa partnered with SYC to deliver a very successful Hospitality Pre-Employment program, which has seen a total of 18 participants progress through into employment with Milky Lane. The students that took part in the week long program completed industry specific training with practical Food and Beverage service and accredited units SITHFAB021 Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol, SITXFSA005 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety and SITXFSA006 Participate in Safe Food Handling Practices.

We wish these participants all the best as they take on employment this summer at one of Adelaide’s trendiest new venues.
