Our Mount Gambier Hospitality Students Train at Acclaimed Local Restaurant

Hospitality trainer Kirby recently gave students a hands-on experience at his award-winning restaurant, Elementary by Soul.

Students explored key aspects of front-of-house operations — including POS systems, guest greetings, and delivering customer service excellence. They also completed an introductory espresso course, learning to prepare and serve quality coffee.
