A successful Prepare and Serve cocktails class completed at Clarence Gardens over 2 days.
Of the five participants in the class this unit was the final requirement for four of them who have now successfully completed their SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality.
Great fun was had by all in the group creating signature cocktails and cocktail menus.
