Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee

We were thrilled to have students from Kokatha Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC, located in SA’s remote North, at a recent Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee course at Clarence Gardens.

Under Trainer Carlo’s guidance, our students developed their knowledge and skill at making the perfect cup of coffee.

And they certainly did not disappoint!

Learners practiced their coffee making by serving the HITsa team a cup of their favourite brew. Hot Chocolate and a Flat White with coffee art that could have come from an experienced Barista!

Whilst other RTO’s deliver their coffee course in a day, HITsa’s three day course gives participants the chance to thoroughly explore, practice and develop the art of coffee making. Students finish the course with the confidence to tackle the most complex coffee order no matter the milk request, coffee style or the size of the cup.
