Fun RSA Learning at Clarence Gardens
SITHFAB021 Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is a critical component of the hospitality industry. While the subject matter is serious, RSA training doesn’t have to be boring. In fact, incorporating interactive and engaging activities can make the learning process not only enjoyable but also more impactful.
At a recent RSA class this month at Clarence Gardens, the role play scenarios in particular provided an engaging and fun learning experience.
These scenarios have students acting as either the customer or server in a variety of potential real-world situations. The class got really into the process and provided much laughter as well as learning for the entire class.
