RGA Skills to Work Pre-Employment Program

Back in January this year, HITsa, in partnership with At Work Australia and Rory’s Group Australia, ran a highly successful Hospitality Industry Pre-Employment program over 2 weeks (RGA Skills to Work Program).

This program resulted in a total of 33 employment offers to At Work Australia clients with 28 participants completing the training through HITsa Training and Employment.

One of the many successful participants Robyn, not only transitioned into employment with Rory’s School Canteens, but with in a matter of months is now managing her own canteen and absolutely loving being a part of the Rory’s Group Australia team.

“I am extremely grateful to have been given the opportunity to attend the pre-employment program with HITsa. The training gave me the basic knowledge which has led me to transitioning into employment with Rory’s School Canteens.

I found the training to be informative and helpful and not hard at all. I am now working in and managing a Primary School Canteen. Rory’s have been very supportive and helpful when I have needed it. I enjoy the work and the kids are delightful and fun”.
