Road Trip to Mt Gambier
Hello and and Goodbye to October…… Where are the days and months going!
HITsa’s EO, Head of Wellbeing and Lead Trainer took a road trip to the Limestone Coast during October and catch up with the team in Mount Gambier…
The car was loaded with Robel, Renee, resources and beanbags, with Olly at the helm, we hit the road on a Tuesday morning – destination Percy Street Mt Gambier.
We spent time introducing our wellbeing services and Robel to our students on site as well as catching with our Business Manager Carolyn and our wonderful trainers.
Recent addition to our training team is talented local chef, Kirby who is now on deck training all things hospitality, coffee, cookery and retail as well as balancing his passion Elementary by Soul, his restaurant paying homage to seasonality based on Bungandidj land with a down-to-earth, uncomplicated approach in food and drink experiences.
So its seemed only fitting to sit down and sample the tasting menu which included ……

Nasturtium, KH rice, Flora from our garden

and a half eaten Roasted sweet potato, pumpkin & gochujang steamed bun

salted peanut brittle
So do yourself a favour and get down to this hidden gem in Margaret Street – Mount Gambier….

‘
Here is the gang along with one of HITsa’s Directors, Adrian and of course our newest team member Kirby …..

And to burn off some of those calories from the night before Carolyn dragged Olly up and around Mt Schank the following morning and check out the sunrise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
