HITsa Graduate Jemma recently completed her traineeship with a Certificate III in Retail | SIR30216 | as part of her employment with the Propel Group | Rossi Boots.
Jemma wanted to share her training experience with other people who are looking to enter a Retail Traineeship:
“The course was very straight forward and mostly easy to understand, there were a few questions that were worded wrong and became confusing for some people but other than that it was an enjoyable experience.
Gemma and Linda were great teachers and were always up for a chat which made the classroom feel relaxed and welcoming. They would spend extra time with us during lunch or after class to help us with anything we needed.
Overall, the whole course experience was great, I had no difficulties at all and made some great friends along the way. Thanks for all your help throughout this course Terry!”
