“Yesterday was the last session for my Certificate III – Personal Support Worker (Disability). I can’t really believe how the time has flown – and I am going to miss the place (a bit).

Before starting I had no knowledge of HITsa and hadn’t studied in years – so I was a little apprehensive – but was totally surprised by the level of care and attention of all the staff I met while completing the course. The place is highly professional, the trainers have valuable first-hand industry knowledge, and everyone was approachable and friendly. The administrative staff particularly, took time and effort to make sure my units were scheduled to complete the course in the shortest possible time, as for me – the regularity of the training sessions helped me to achieve. And now, alongside a few friends I made along the way, we are ready to hit our placements and get out into the industry!”
