Hospitality SYC Superstars
HITsa successfully ran a 2 week Hospitality Pre-Employment program in June in partnership with SYC at the HITsa Clarence Gardens training site. All participants successfully completed the program to support them into industry employment.
Over the course of 2 weeks, the students were equipped with a variety of accredited units of training such as Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol, Basic Gaming, Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety as well as non-accredited practical skills training in Food and Beverage service and introduction to Espresso Coffee training.
We look forward to watching the participants journey into industry employment, progress as a result of this program.
