Home Support Pre-Employment Program @ Victor Harbour

HITsa has continued it’s commitment to deliver in the regional SA, partnering with Apprenticeship Careers Australia for a Home Support Pre-Employment Program during June.

This short program was tailored to provide job ready skills for industry needs and included training in Safe Work Practices, First Aid, Infection Control, Manual Handling and Personal Care.

10 students participated in the program, reporting “they all thoroughly enjoyed the program and thought HITsa trainers were brilliant and very happy with the formal training and venue”. We look forward to hearing about their transition into personal care traineeships.
