Lots happening in the kitchen with Chef David….
The month kicked off with Prepare Food to Meet Special Dietary Requirements which is a skill that more chefs require if they are to meet the requirements of diners.
Seafood also made an appearance, which gave us the opportunity to taste test a range of dishes, including barramundi with lemon butter, hot and sour Indonesian prawns, and mussels in white wine.
The month of May sees us looking forward to carb central with Produce Cakes Pastries and Breads – and who can resist a freshly baked crusty warm and buttery baguette!
