What’s on in the kitchen?
Its been a big month with our chefs, and each of the cookery groups, with 3 courses rolling out across numerous sites and another about to commence!
The Adelaide Botanic High School is now rolling into month 4 of the training program and students are excelling with both theory and practical under the guidance of Trainer Emma M.
Emma has an impressive career within the industry and if you think she looks familiar you have probably seen her at Tasting Australia as she is a regular contributor to this annual event.

The Adelaide Botanic High School has an impressive hospitality set up so students are not only learning from one of the best but also have a state of the art commercial kitchen in which to hone their skills……
