Olivia Muller
Executive Officer
Olivia has an extensive background in the VET sector and has played a pivotal role in shaping HITsa’s journey over the past 20 years. Passionate, responsive and deeply committed, she believes great service is attentive, personalised and welcoming.
She thrives in an environment where no two days are the same and takes pride in seeing “from little things, big things grow.” Outside of work, Olivia enjoys good food, music, wine and a challenging 1000-piece puzzle.

Talitha Stroem
Manager, Continuous Improvement
Talitha specialises in analysing processes, identifying risks and implementing practical improvements that enhance clarity, efficiency and compliance. She brings an analytical mindset and a strong drive to turn complex challenges into workable solutions.
She is proud of the cumulative improvements she has contributed to over her time at HITsa. Outside of work, Talitha enjoys cooking, crocheting (at a very steady pace!) and occasionally unwinding with reality TV.

Renee Pritchard
Lead Trainer
Renee brings over 20 years’ experience across aged care, disability, early childhood education and leadership, with a strong commitment to learner-centred training and inclusive practice. She has a gift for simplifying complex concepts and helping students feel capable and confident.
She believes great service is responsive, respectful and consistent. Outside of work, Renee enjoys time in nature, connecting with loved ones and exploring new ideas in inclusive education.

Sarah Kleemann
Business Manager
With a background in hotel management and leading high-performing customer service teams, Sarah brings strong operational leadership and a focus on continuous improvement. She believes service means delivering what’s promised and exceeding expectations wherever possible.
Sarah finds her greatest reward in seeing students complete their qualifications, especially when they’ve overcome significant challenges. Outside of HITsa, she enjoys working on her property with family and raising Murray Grey cattle.

Jodie Byrne
Business Manager
Jodie holds a double degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and brings extensive national and international experience across operations, training and business support. She is passionate about delivering operational excellence and building strong stakeholder relationships.
She believes great service is proactive, anticipating needs before they become issues, and tailored to each individual. Her proudest achievement at HITsa has been developing trusted partnerships that opened new interstate opportunities. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and time with her family.

Joanne Jacobs
Business Manager
Jo brings over a decade of experience in the RTO sector and a deep passion for watching students grow in confidence and capability. She believes great service means solving problems so calmly and efficiently that they barely register as problems at all.
Her proudest moments at HITsa are the repeat partnerships, a testament to the trust and positive experiences she builds. Outside of work, Jo loves time with family and creative pursuits including painting, drawing and sculpting. She’s also quietly working on a future book, a project she promises to finish one day.

Carolyn Standfield
Business Manager – Limestone Coast
Carolyn combines leadership, strategy and genuine people focus, with experience spanning training, employment services and corporate environments. She is passionate about building strong teams, growing partnerships and turning ideas into practical outcomes.
She believes great service feels personal, responsive, proactive and built on trust. Carolyn has loved introducing HITsa to the Limestone Coast and watching it grow. Outside of work, she embraces adventure, community events and the outdoors, and proudly owns micro-shares in racehorses!

Fleur Simmons
Compliance Manager
With 20 years in the training industry and qualifications in training design, assessment and business management, Fleur brings deep compliance expertise and calm leadership. She believes service should be professional, friendly and accurate and she prides herself on staying calm under pressure.
Fleur values the flexibility HITsa offers her as a working mum and, outside of work, can often be found gardening, cooking, at the gym, or landscaping her backyard.

Manager, Process & Systems
Afsana brings expertise in customer experience, compliance, training and student data management. She is focused on accuracy, continuous improvement and creating systems that genuinely support people.
She believes great service means being genuine, respectful and trustworthy. Her proudest achievement has been growing into a complex compliance and operations role with confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys trekking, movies and time with family and friends.
