As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our office operations, supporting various departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks with precision and professionalism, allowing our team to focus on their core responsibilities.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
– Operations data entry and spreadsheets.
– Construction activity review and recording
– Maintain and organise physical and digital files, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
– Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
– Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
– Assist in coordinating events, conferences, and special projects as needed.
– Monitor office supplies and equipment, placing orders and overseeing maintenance.
– Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other office software. Dynamics 365 and Xero (desirable but not essential)
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong organizational and time management abilities.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
