Basic Gaming (Provide responsible gambling services & Attend Gaming Machines) is a mandatory requirement for all gaming employees commencing work who have not previously undertaken gaming training.
Training requirements for gaming employees and gaming managers must be an Consumer and Business Services (CBS) approved training course and completed within 3 months of commencing work.

All gaming managers must complete Advanced Gaming within three months of appointment.

This is a course of training which is recognised as basic gaming under section 10B (1) (b) (i) of the Gaming Machines Act 1992 and meets the requirements of the Consumer and Business Services (CBS).

Basic Gaming Training will be conducted at 353 Cross Road Clarence Gardens unless otherwise advised.
Your training will include a mix of self paced, theory and practical study and assessment will include a combination of both theory and practical observation.
