Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery

The Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery provides a pathway to work as a qualified cook in various kitchen settings, such as restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs and cafes.

This course can only be completed under an apprenticeship arrangement.
