SIT20421 – Certificate II in Cookery
This training is offered through a rolling intake therefore students can commence at any time.
Training is delivered over a nominal term of 12 months full-time or part-time equivalent. A timetable will be developed for each trainee as determined by the employer and trainee.
A training plan will be developed with the student and the employer to include core and elective units prior to enrolment.
Training will be conducted at our training rooms (theory) and at our commercial kitchen (practical).
Training will include a mix of self-paced and face-to-face training sessions.
Assessment will include a combination of both theory knowledge and practical observation as well as third party observation.
