This training course provides you with the skills and knowledge required to use personal hygiene practices, prevent contamination of food that might cause food-borne illnesses and to identify and control food hazards.
Courses that require this unit as a pre-requisite include:
SITHIND001 Use hygienic practices for hospitality service
SITXFSA001 Use Hygienic practices for food safety
*prerequisite for bar, coffee, and Food & Beverage
Upon successful completion, you will be issued with a statement of attainment listing the following units of Nationally Recognised Training
Training will be conducted at 353 Cross Road Clarence Gardens unless otherwise advised.
Training will include a mix of self-paced, theory, practical study and a written assessment.
