If you don’t know what to do with a Boston shaker and the difference between muddle, float, layer and build then our cocktail course is a must.
This training course provides you with the skills and knowledge required to prepare and serve a range of organisational and traditional specific cocktails. It requires the ability to promote, prepare and present attractive cocktails and experiment with ideas to develop new cocktail recipes.
Completing either of these two courses will help you attain Job Ready skills to hit the ground running:
Upon successful completion, you will be issued with a statement of attainment listing the following unit of Nationally Recognised Training
Training will be conducted at 353 Cross Road Clarence Gardens unless otherwise advised.
Training will include a mix of self paced, theory and practical study and assessment will include a combination of both theory and practical observation.
This training course also comes with a copy of the textbook ‘The Australian Bartender’s Guide to Cocktails’.
