HITsa frequently accesses State Government and Federal Government funded courses for eligible participants. These courses may be across hospitality, cleaning and the aged care industries, and there are parameters around eligibility for individuals to access subsidised training.

Workready is the South Australian State Government’s new training and jobs strategy. It responds to the needs of strategic industry sectors that support economic transformation and jobs in priority areas for government. Workready is about targeting training and employment opportunities to the needs of people, strategic industries and regions. Individuals need to meet course entry requirements and verify their eligibility for enrolment before being enrolled in a government subsidised training place.
Department of Education and Training (Australian Government)
The Department of Education and Training is responsible for national policies and programs that help Australians. This help includes accessing quality and affordable early child care, school education, higher education, vocational education and training, international education and research. The industry works to two Ministers, while Secretary Dr Michele Bruniges AM and the associate and deputy secretaries, are responsible for the delivery of the department’s services.
