HITsa Celebrates Success: Remarkable Employment Outcomes for Certificate III Individual Support Students in Ageing and Disability
Work Placement Coordinator Jeanette has had the pleasure of sourcing work placements for students recently finishing the outdated qualification, matching their personality and abilities to our Host Organisations.
The employment outcomes for students of CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) have been nothing short of inspiring and a testament to their hard work, dedication and passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
As students embark on their careers, they carry with them the knowledge, skills and values instilled during their training with HITsa, enriching the lives of ageing and disabled individuals within communities across Adelaide.
As the demand for qualified workers in this industry continues to grow, HITsa students are given opportunities for career advancement through the 120 hour unpaid work placement that is part of the qualification.
Many students secure employment even before completing their studies, with aged care facilities and disability support organisations, continually seeking out compassionate individuals.
Below are some of our Host Organisations that have employed students after completing work placement:
- Gawler Grande Views
- Resthaven
- Olive Grove Aged Care
- Focus Disability Supports
- Campability
- Guided Futures
- Empowering Futures
- Novita
- SA Care
- Aspire Together
- Greenlight Disability Support Services
HITsa thanks all it’s Host Organisations who continue to support student’s growth throughout their journey.
