The holiday shopping season is nearly upon us! This means there are retail jobs out there to be snatched up.
The annual peak retail season is November to January and it is NOW employers are volume hiring to meet staffing demands. Thousands of workers are recruited between August and October.
This isn’t all ‘short term’ employment – up to 70% of retail employees gain ongoing work after the shopping season.
