Mount Barker Hospitality Skills Training
Hills Hospitality | Pre-Employment
During July, HITsa teamed up with SYC, Jobs Statewide & Rory’s Group to deliver a 2 week Hospitality skills cluster to participants residing in the Adelaide Hills, Mount Barker and surround areas at our newly established Mount Barker campus.
The program had students gaining nationally accredited units of training to their resume, including:
- Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol SITHFAB021
- Provide First Aid HLTAID011
- Hygiene Practices for Food Safety SITXFSA005
- Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee SITHFAB025
Successful participants will have the opportunity to gain employment with catering company, Rory’s Group.
